The collection includes Ewing's Report card for the second semester of the 1929/1930 academic year (Richmond Division), promotional photographs (printed on magazine-style paper) for the Richmond Division's Social Work Program (one of which features Ewing), and a William & Mary booklet containing the words to three different songs: the Alma Mater, "It's a Long Way to Graduation," and "Work for the Day is Coming."

Emmett B. Faison Letter to William & Mary Faculty
Letter dated June 4, 1904, written by Emmett B. Faison to the faculty at William & Mary. He states he's been offered a job in Richmond for the summer and that he must be there by the night of June 15th to accept. Because he needs the job to fund the next academic year, he asks the faculty if he can take his arthimatic examination early.
John and Marilyn Entwisle Scrapbooks
Unbound scrapbooks of Marilyn Miller Entwisle and John Entwisle documenting life at William & Mary between 1940-1944. The primary focus of the scrapbooks is on sorority and fraternity activities. Included are playbills, dance cards, pins from William & Mary and VMI, personal photographs of spring break trips, and an essay about life in Barrett Hall dorm.

Grade and attendance report for Eugene Ernest McCutchan for the period ending in June 1894 at the State Male Normal College of Virginia and William & Mary. Includes his evaluations in English, History, Mathematics, French, and Logic.
Eugene Hedgman Hall Papers
This collection includes two items. One is Hall's degree essay about John Marshall (1903). The other is his pledge to teach fulfillment form, dated April 24, 1905, reporting how he fulfilled his pledge to the State Male Normal College of Virginia and William & Mary to teach. Pledges such as this were required of Virginia students who attended William and Mary receiving financial assistance with the understanding they would teach in Virginia upon graduation.
Mary Thedieck Ewald Papers, circa 1934-1990
Contains notebooks, sheet music, correspondence, manuscripts and other material pertaining to Mary Thedieck Ewald, class of 1942 at the College of William and Mary. The bulk of the papers relates to Ewald's writing career, mainly poetry. The collection also contains notebooks from her undergraduate days at William & Mary as well as graduate notebooks from Harvard University.
Stanley Farnum Papers
This collection contains correspondence, photos, and certificate of completion for Stanley Farnum while he was a student of the Army Specialized Training Program held at the College of William and Mary from 1943-1944. The correspondence is made up of Mr. Farnum's letters home to his parents about the Training Program and his experiences there. The photographs are of Stanley Farnum, his wife, and other cadets outside their barracks on campus.

Focus on Asian Cultures Emerging in Society (FACES) records
Collection includes papers and media related to the organizing of the Focus on Asian Cultures Emerging in Society (FACES) conferences held at William & Mary annually between 1999-2003. FACES was organized and run by students who also secured campus and external funding to support their work. FACES leaders were honored with a William & Mary Asian Centennial Award in 2022.

This collection includes several publications, including the football handbook, yearbook, and media guides, as well as game programs. It also includes general files.
Audiovisual material can be found in the University Archives Audiovisual Collection. In time, they will be intellectually reunited with this collection.

Thomas Marshall Forsyth, Jr. Scrapbooks
This collection consists of two large scrapbooks. One is an official scrapbook from the 1939 New York World's Fair, featuring the Trylon and Perisphere on the cover. It contains theater programs, photographs,notes, art programs, and clippings from newspapers and magazines. The other book has a treasure chest on the cover and contains newspaper clippings about radio and transcripts of radio broadcasts.
Francis Joseph Mettauer Permission to Board
Note written by William Mettauer to William & Mary President Adam Empie, providing permission for his son, Francis Joseph, to board with a "private family if suitable accomodations can be made."
Francis Macauley Diploma
William & Mary diploma presented to Francis Macauley on July 4, 1811. The diploma is written in Latin on vellum, which is adhered to a linen backing. The diploma is signed by William & Mary President Bishop James Madison and faculty members John Bracken, William Nelson, George Blackburn.
The original wax seal is still affixed to the ribbon, though this particular part has separated from the diploma.
G. Gregg Cartoon
A pen and ink cartoon drawing (9 1/2" x 14") depicting G. Gregg's impressions of a visit to the College in 1941. Also includes two black and white glossy reproductions of the cartoon ( 4 1/2" x 7" and 2 3/4" x 3 3/4").
G. Louis Carner Papers
This collection includes logbooks, pilot's handbooks, correspondence and papers related to William & Mary's Flight Club as well as the National Aeronautic Association and a pair of flight goggles that belonged to G. Louis Carner. The logbook provides information about each flight, including date, make of the plane, duration, destination, and any comments on the trip.

Gamma Phi Beta (Alpha Chi Chapter) records
Collection includes materials documenting the daily activities of Gamma Phi Beta (Alpha Chi Chapter). Materials include pages from a scrapbook that contain stereotypical caricatures of east Asian and Native American people as well as derogatory language regarding race, gender, sexual orientation, and ethnicity. Collection also includes photographs of culturally insensitive events held in Sorority Court.
